Custom orders may take 1-3 weeks to process before shipment, and this time frame may be longer during peak seasons. If you need your urgent shipping, please contact us before making your purchase. Once your items are shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Delayed shipments do not qualify for refunds once the item has been shipped.

In all images, social media posts, and events, the client understands and agrees to acknowledge NaDiiva as the creator and constructor of the custom piece. Any client images and/or videos may be used for advertising and promotional purposes by NaDiiva. Client agrees to supply photographs of themselves wearing customized pieces, which become the property of NaDiiva and may be used in a professional capacity at our discretion.

Before returning any items for minor sizing, please contact us. Upon receipt, all custom items that have been accepted for minor sizing modifications will be thoroughly inspected. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached. All customers have up to 3 days after receiving their custom items to return it for 1 minor sizing modification at no expense. Any changes to the custom item's original design will be charged a fee.

NaDiiva reserves the right to make changes to the policies', as well as the services mentioned and contained within, at any time and without warning. By using this site, you agree to the policies and conditions, including our refund, marketing, shipping and return policies. NaDiiva reserves the right to amend, move, or delete portions of, or add to, the policies on this site at any time.
